You have been issued many articles,...Hi DelphineF,

You have been issued many articles, haven't you.

First of all, congratulation on the third birthday of your son or blog.

I browsed about a dozen of your article now, among them, I like a bentoh of "mother and her baby in the same bed". This is a very picturesque boxed meal that anybody would became happy as soon as she opened the ark.

Here is a "EkiBen" - boxed meal sold on the train or at the stations - which probably Japanese adults love.

http://tabelog.com/niigata/A1501/A150101/15009227/dtlrvwlst/4194923/

When you open the box, you will see slices of cooked-eggs that are placed all over the box.
On top of them, there are some chopped shrimps.

But beneath the simple surface of that yellow, when you start eating the meal, you can find and enjoy the seafoods.

There placed under the sliced "AtsuYakiTamago" - Japanese omelet, you can see the pieces of boiled prawn and squid, broiled eel and vinegared horse mackerel - probably.

Those four seafoods are set on the sheet of seat made by meticulously shaved one piece of light green coloured "TororoKonbu" - dried and shaved kelp.

Under the all those viands, you will find cooked rice with "Kanpyou" - gourd (vegetable) and some other ingredients. The rice was finished in faint vinegard flavour - as you know it is almost same as the sushi rice.

Imagine, when you open the box, at first - you will be disappointed, just could see cooked-egg only - that simple boexed meal !
But, as you start eating it by chopsticks, from a part of the corner there reveals one seafood.
And then, towards to the other corners, you will be discovered every seafoods up untill you finished the meal.

This style of the meal had emerged during the Edo period, when the Shogunate had issued the order of luxury-prohibition to the city dwellers, rich merchants and sometimes commoners also want to enjoy the delicious foods, so they hide the delicacy inside.

Well, if you prepared for your husband, this kind of entertainment in obentoh, then he will be happy by your unexpected presentation of the boxed meal.

Since I have no children, I have no idea - if your son is three year old - whether he can enjoy the entertainment or not. But at the age of elementary school, I guess he can recognize the presentation.

To celebrate your third anniversary of your son or blog, I hope this is going to be a present for the new approch to your cooking study.

TaroAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8998636373018686304.post-42528320989409576182012-10-22T09:42:08.792+02:002012-10-22T09:42:08.792+02:00Tu peux le mettre uniquement lors de la cuisson et...Tu peux le mettre uniquement lors de la cuisson et l'enlever après lors de la disposition, c'est juste pour l'aider à prendre sa forme lors de la cuisson, je comprend que c'est un peu risqué pour un enfant ^^Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8998636373018686304.post-26525866343843296582012-10-21T10:48:04.412+02:002012-10-21T10:48:04.412+02:00On peut toujours faire moit'-moit' !
